You can always return a product purchased
from Stratton House for a full refund of the product's price. If the return
is because the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, then we will
also refund all shipping charges. Simply request a return authorization
by e-mail at hello@homeschoolscience.com,
or by phone [see below] and we will give you instructions.
If only a piece of the product is defective, you have an additional
option: Let us know and we will quickly ship you a replacement.
Our returns policy is "no questions asked", but if you wish
to tell us the reason it may help us improve our product line or the way
we present it.
